Frequently Asked Questions

Payments can be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or by wire transfer. If paying by wire transfer, payment must be received at least 5 business days prior to the event date.

All cancellations must be in writing to registrar@investmentoperations.net. Refunds will be made to any students or attendees canceling more than two weeks (14 days) prior to an event. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations fewer than 14 days prior to an event. Substitutions are permitted at any time. Full refunds are made promptly to all students when Investment Operations Inc cancels an event.

 

Investment Operations Inc reserves the right to cancel any program at any time, with appropriate notification (latest, one week before the event). If we decide to cancel the event, the Company is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or any other costs. Full refunds are made promptly following any such cancellation. Speakers/instructors are subject to change as needed.


Investment Operations Inc places the highest value on client satisfaction. Complaints are reviewed promptly; upon resolution, a credit voucher will be issued (good for 12 months).
